Metrico operates on a paid, subscription-only Software as a Service (SaaS) model.
- There is no free trial unless explicitly communicated in writing.
- Access to the platform is provided only after successful payment.
- Subscriptions are offered for fixed billing periods (monthly, quarterly, or annually, as applicable).
2. Eligibility for Cancellation
2.1 Cancellation Window
Subscription cancellation requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of purchase.
Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for cancellation or refund.
2.2 Activated Subscriptions
Once a subscription is activated and access to the platform is granted:
- The subscription is considered used and non-cancellable.
- No refunds will be issued for partial usage, non-usage, or early termination

Any approved refund will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method. Taxes, gateway charges, or statutory fees may not be refundable.

To initiate a cancellation request (within the eligible window):

- Reason for cancellation
- Our support team will review the request and respond with the outcome.
- Cancellation will be effective only after written confirmation from Metrico.
5. Non-Refundable & Non-Cancellable Items

- Subscriptions activated beyond the cancellation window.
- Customized or personalized configurations.
- Onboarding, consulting, training, or professional services.
- Enterprise or special pricing plans unless otherwise agreed in writing.
