At Metrico, we believe in transparency and fairness. This Cancellation & Subscription Policy explains how subscription cancellations are handled and what customers can expect when discontinuing the service.

Metrico is a product of Metrico Technologies Private Limited (“Metrico”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

1. Subscription Model:

Metrico operates on a paid, subscription-only Software as a Service (SaaS) model.

  • There is no free trial unless explicitly communicated in writing.
  • Access to the platform is provided only after successful payment.
  • Subscriptions are offered for fixed billing periods (monthly, quarterly, or annually, as applicable).

2. Eligibility for Cancellation

2.1 Cancellation Window

Subscription cancellation requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of purchase.

Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for cancellation or refund.

2.2 Activated Subscriptions

Once a subscription is activated and access to the platform is granted:

  • The subscription is considered used and non-cancellable.
  • No refunds will be issued for partial usage, non-usage, or early termination
  • Customers are required to complete the subscribed term before discontinuing use.

3. Refund Policy

All subscription fees are non-refundable once the service is activated.

Refunds will not be provided for::

  • Change of mind.
  • Lack of usage
  • Business closure or internal operational reasons
  • Partial or remaining subscription periods

Exceptional Refunds

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment.
  • Technical billing errors directly attributable to Metrico.
  • Business closure or internal operational reasons
  • Partial or remaining subscription periods

Any approved refund will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method. Taxes, gateway charges, or statutory fees may not be refundable.

4. Cancellation Process

To initiate a cancellation request (within the eligible window):

  • Email info@metricotech.com
  • Include the following details:
    • Registered email ID
    • Invoice number
    • Reason for cancellation
  • Our support team will review the request and respond with the outcome.
  • Cancellation will be effective only after written confirmation from Metrico.

5. Non-Refundable & Non-Cancellable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable and non-cancellable:

  • Subscriptions activated beyond the cancellation window.
  • Customized or personalized configurations.
  • Onboarding, consulting, training, or professional services.
  • Enterprise or special pricing plans unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Policy Updates

Metrico reserves the right to modify this Cancellation & Subscription Policy at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
