Metrico is a product of Metrico Technologies Private Limited (“Metrico”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
Metrico Technologies Pvt. Ltd. owns and operates the website www.metrico.tech and its associated subdomains including but not limited to app.metrico.tech, manage.metrico.tech, and other related micro-sites (collectively, the “Site”).
By accessing or using the Site or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies referenced herein.
If you do not agree to these Terms in full, you must not use the Services.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Metrico grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Metrico SaaS platform solely for your internal business purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
No ownership rights are transferred under this Agreement.

4.1 Ownership of Data
All data uploaded, stored, or generated by you on the platform, including leads, contacts, emails, messages, files, and reports (“Customer Data”), remains your exclusive property.
Metrico acts solely as a data processor and does not claim ownership of Customer Data.
Metrico operates on a subscription-only pricing model. Customers are required to subscribe to a selected plan for a predefined billing period (monthly, quarterly, or annually, as applicable).
All Services are provided only against an active paid subscription.
Invoices may be issued for record-keeping and payment purposes. Issuance of an invoice does not imply usage-based or postpaid billing. Subscription fees are payable in advance as per the selected plan.
Subscription fees are calculated based on the plan selected at the time of purchase and are payable for the entire subscription term, irrespective of actual usage.
The subscription price agreed upon at the time of signup shall remain valid for one (1) year from the subscription start date, unless otherwise stated in writing.
Subscriptions do not automatically renew unless explicitly enabled. Customers are responsible for renewing their subscription before expiry to avoid service interruption.
Failure to renew the subscription may result in suspension or termination of access.
If a subscription expires and remains unpaid for 60 days, Metrico reserves the right to delete Customer Data after providing 30 days’ prior notice. Metrico shall not be liable for any loss arising from such deletion.
All subscription fees are non-refundable. Any billing disputes must be raised in writing within 60 days of invoice issuance.
Metrico provides remote support only. Onsite support, if offered, will be chargeable between ₹500 and ₹4,000 per visit.
Metrico may access customer accounts solely for troubleshooting and support purposes. Customers may opt out by written request, in which case support will be limited to screen-sharing.
Support hours: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM IST, Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.
Metrico may integrate with third-party services including but not limited to Google, WhatsApp, email providers, payment gateways, and APIs.
Metrico is not responsible for the availability, functionality, compliance, or actions of third-party services. Use of such services is governed by their respective terms.
You shall not:
Metrico may suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules without notice.
Metrico strives for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
Unless a separate SLA is agreed in writing, no uptime guarantee is provided.
The Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind.
Metrico shall not be liable for:
Maximum aggregate liability, if any, shall not exceed ₹1,000 (Indian Rupees).
You may terminate your subscription at any time as per your billing plan.
Metrico may suspend or terminate access if:
Upon termination, data backup will be provided only if requested within 30 days.
Metrico may monitor system activity for security and compliance. Data may be disclosed if required by law, court order, or government authority.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Metrico, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, penalties, or losses arising from:
Metrico may suspend or terminate access if:
Metrico shall not be liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, network failures, or labor disputes.
