Metrico is a product of Metrico Technologies Private Limited (“Metrico”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

1. Scope & Acceptance

This Privacy Policy applies to all visitors, customers, and users of the Metrico platform, including our website, web application, and mobile applications (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing or using Metrico, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should discontinue use of the Platform.

If you do not agree to these Terms in full, you must not use the Services.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Platform. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

  • Client – An organization that subscribes to Metrico.
  • User – An authorized employee or representative of a Client
  • Visitor – A person accessing public areas of the Platform
  • Personal Data – Any information relating to an identifiable individual
  • Client Data – Data uploaded, stored, or generated by Clients or Users
  • Public Area – Platform sections accessible without login
  • Restricted Area – Platform sections requiring authentication

3. Our Role: Data Processor

Metrico acts as a data processor for Client Data.

All data uploaded to the Platform remains the exclusive property of the Client. Clients are responsible for ensuring that all Personal Data uploaded has been lawfully collected and that required consents have been obtained.

4. Information We Collect

4.1 Account & Subscription Information

When you create an account, we collect:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Company name
  • Country
  • Login credentials

Optional profile details (photo, language, time zone) may also be provided.

4.2 Contact, Lead & CRM Data

Clients may upload or sync contacts, leads, companies, and related business data into the Platform. This data is visible only to authorized users within the Client’s organization.

Metrico does not independently source or verify lead data.

4.3 Communication & Support Interactions

We may record or analyze interactions such as emails, calls, or chats with our sales and support teams for training, quality assurance, and service improvement.

4.4 Email & Third-Party Integrations

If you authorize integrations (e.g., Google Email or other third-party services), Metrico may access related data to enable CRM functionality such as email tracking or contact identification.

All such access is permission-based and governed by the third party’s policies.

5. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide and operate the Platform
  • Manage subscriptions and accounts
  • Deliver customer support
  • Generate analytics and reports
  • Improve features and performance
  • Communicate service updates and alerts
  • Prevent fraud, misuse, or security incidents

While we strive to protect data, no system can guarantee absolute security.

9. Data Retention

Client Data is retained for the duration of an active subscription.

Upon subscription expiry or termination, data may be deleted after a defined retention period unless required by law or requested earlier by the Client.

10. Legal Disclosure

We may disclose information if required to:.

  • Comply with legal obligations.
  • Respond to court orders or government requests.
  • Protect the rights, safety, or property of Metrico, Clients, or others.

11. User Rights & Choices

Users may:

  • Access and update profile information.
  • Control permissions such as location access.
  • Opt out of non-essential marketing communications.
  • Continued usage poses legal or reputational risk.

Requests related to Client Data should be directed to the Client administrator.

12. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of India. Courts located in Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
