Refund & Subscription Discontinuation Policy

At Metrico, we aim to provide clear and transparent policies so customers understand how refunds and subscription discontinuation are handled for our SaaS platform.

Metrico is a product of Metrico Technologies Private Limited (“Metrico”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

1. Nature of Services

Metrico provides access to a subscription-based Software as a Service (SaaS) platform.

As Metrico is a digital service:

  • There are no physical goods.
  • The concept of “returns” does not apply
  • Refunds, if any, are governed strictly by this policy

2. Refund Eligibility

2.1 Refund Request Window

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of purchase
  • Requests submitted after this period will not be considered

Subscription cancellation requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of purchase.

Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for cancellation or refund.

2.2 Activated Subscriptions

Once a subscription is activated and access to the platform is granted:

  • The subscription is considered used.
  • No refunds will be provided for:
    • Partial usage
    • Non-usage
    • Early discontinuation
    • Change of business plans

Customers are responsible for evaluating the suitability of Metrico before subscribing.

3. Refund Conditions

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:.

  • Duplicate payment.
  • Technical billing errors directly attributable to Metrico

Refunds are:

  • Subject to verification and approval
  • Processed to the original payment method
  • Completed within 7–15 business days
  • Exclusive of taxes, payment gateway fees, or statutory charges

All refund decisions are at the sole discretion of Metrico.

4. Subscription Discontinuation (Cancellation)

4.1 Discontinuation Requests

  • Subscription discontinuation requests must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the renewal date
  • Requests submitted after this period will apply to the next billing cycle

4.2 Effect of Discontinuation

  • Discontinuation stops future renewals only
  • No refunds will be issued for the current or remaining subscription term
  • Access will continue until the end of the active billing period

5. No Refund / No Cancellation Scenarios

No refunds or cancellations will be provided in the following cases:

  • Subscription activated beyond the refund window.
  • Failure to use the service.
  • Business shutdown or internal operational reasons.
  • Subscription fees already billed for the active cycle
  • Customized configurations, onboarding, consulting, or training services

6. Policy Modifications

Metrico reserves the right to modify this Refund & Subscription Discontinuation Policy at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
